Our subsidiary, OHLA Building, Inc., served as construction manager on this $29.5 million project, a five-level, 123,595-square foot state-of-the-art, mixed-use facility featuring a medical office building, retail, and a 117-space parking garage.
The building complements the character of low-rise commercial activity along Alton Road while contributing to the more contemporary context populating the corridor. Most importantly, the building design responds to the needs of the local neighborhood as a retail and medical office building, which focuses on community health and wellness. The mixed-used functionality allows for convenient scheduling of medical appointments, dining, and shopping all in one locale.
All parking and services for the building are situated on the interior floors to maximize access to and from the active building components, street, sidewalk, and roof garden. Uniting the energy of the street with the goings-on inside the building, the center is a welcoming amenity for the neighborhood, fully integrated into its community setting. Located on one of the beach’s most thriving and popular streets, this facility brings essential care into the heart of the community. Proudly, this project received the Sunshine State Safety Recognition Award.
