Falcon Cove Middle School Renovations

The 3-story classroom addition includes a new 60,000 SF building with 48 classrooms including Flex Classrooms and  Science Demo classrooms. In addition to the new building, the project also included the construction of an Exterior Courtyard Area as well as the addition of 300 LF Bus Canopy, a covered walkway with aluminum fences and gates to connect this new building with the existing campus. A new chiller yard was also constructed along with an emergency standby generator. The scope also included the replacement of the entire roof system of the adjacent Building # 5 which contained over 65,000 SF of roof area, building envelope improvements, and extensive HVAC system improvements.  This work was conducted in an active campus and closely coordinated with the school staff to minimize and eliminate impacts to the school's daily operations.
