Florida Atlantic University College of Medicine Medical Office Building

Our subsidiary, OHLA Building, performed construction of this 21,738-square-foot, three-story structure, which features a medical office building and related site and infrastructure requirements. The project was built in a very congested area of the active campus, requiring close communication with existing ongoing campus operations. The facility, comprised of concrete and steel,  houses both research and medical spaces including infusion suites, procedure rooms, GAIT lab, metabolic kitchen, pharmacy, conference rooms, and classrooms. Construction of administrative and office areas was also part of the work scope.
