Miami Cardiac & Vascular Institute

Miami Cardiac& Vascular Institute is the largest and most comprehensive cardiovascular facility in the region. The Institute leverages the power of Baptist Health’scombined resources of experts, pioneering research, compassionate caregivers, and leading-edge treatments and technology. The expansion included a three-story, 62,000 SF reinforced concrete addition with precast and glasscladding on the South end of the building, renovation of approximately 40,000SF of the first, second, and third floors’ existing building, and a smallone-story addition to the North end of the building. The expansion nearly doubled the size of the Institute to 150,000 SF toaccommodate a growing number of patients and procedures.  All existing operations continued throughoutconstruction.
