Miami Green Office Building

The Miami Green Office Building was the first LEED-certified Class A office building in Miami-Dade County and achieved LEED Silver Certification. The project scope included the construction of a new 269,000 SF, 13-story condo in the heart of Miami.

This green-glass building features an L-shaped design, allowing each office window to let in natural sunlight; parking on each floor (262 spaces total) to minimize the need and reliance on elevators; and a roof garden, which absorbs the sun’s radiation, reducing the need for air conditioning and which also can be used for company functions.
