New Florida Turnpike Design/Build Service Plazas

Pompano Beach - This plaza included a new 11,500 SF convenience store, a new fuel canopy and fuel farm, a new truck parking area, a new impound lot, and various site/utility improvements. Contamination assessment and remediation were required at this plaza prior to the construction of new structures. 

West Palm Beach, Canoe Creek & Turkey Lake - These plazas included renovation of the existing restaurant building in phases, construction of a new 3,500 SF convenience store, new fuel canopy and expansion of the existing fuel farm, constructing impound lot,  resurfacing of parking areas, and site/utility improvements. Contamination remediation was required at these plazas along with the removal of the existing remediation system.

Fort Pierce & Fort Drum - These plazas consisted of a new 40,000 SF restaurant building, a new 3,500 SF convenience store, a new fuel canopy, fuel farm expansion, and complete site rebuild. Contamination remediation was required at these plazas.  Additionally, the Fort Drum plaza included new water & wastewater treatment plant.
