Florida International University M.A.N.G.O. Building
Our subsidiary, OHLA Building, Inc., served as construction manager on this $27 million, 109,700-square-foot facility, which achieved Silver LEED certification. The mixed-use facility, known as Florida International University’s Management and New Growth Opportunities (MANGO) building, houses the School of Accounting, Department of Managing and International Business programs, FIU Online, and the College of Business Academic Services.
The six-story building includes offices, student spaces, classrooms, collaboration space, a state-of-the-art multimedia studio, a testing center, conference rooms, a retail food court, a full-service kitchen, seating, and event areas to host private parties or catering events.
