I-490 Elgin O’Hare Western Access Tollway Interchange at I-90 Jane Addams Tollway Interchange

Through diligent project planning and performance, our subsidiary, Judlau Contracting, Inc., achieved a major contractual milestone with the completion of the northern half of this important assignment 24 days ahead of schedule.

This interchange construction project includes improvements along Jane Addams Memorial Tollway (I-90) and along the Elgin O’Hare Western Access Tollway (I-490) in Cook County, Illinois. The work under this $85 million contract features site clearing, earthwork, and grading, bridge construction, erection of retaining walls, and construction of drainage systems. Located close to Chicago’s O’Hare Airport, the project is designed to ease traffic and improve travel efficiencies.
