Miami Dade College Center for Learning, Innovation, and Simulation

Serving Miami Dade College as construction manager, our subsidiary, OHLA Building, Inc., oversaw the construction of this $43 million, 132,500 SF project, which consisted of a new building for the Center for Learning, Innovation and Simulation on four floors and an enclosed walkway to connect to an existing academic building. The center features classrooms, a 300-seat auditorium, meeting spaces, skill labs, wet labs, and spaces for clinical studies, including medical lab and histologic technology, physical therapy, massage, respiratory therapy, a teaching and learning simulation center, and central storage area.
