Miami Dade College Freedom Tower Renovations

The $7 million renovations included a series of projects at the Freedom Tower. Work included renovation of 5,500 SF for the Kislak Museum Exhibit, refurbishment of the main entry wood doors and ADA entrance and glass enclosure to the main entry, installation of rooftop chillers and new roof, demolition and construction of a new pump room, installation of new air handlers and associated ductwork, and construction of new generator room and installation of a new generator.
