Palmer Trinity School Civil Engineering Improvements, Classroom Facility, Student Services Building, and Chapel
Our subsidiary, OHLA Building, Inc., has served Palmer Trinity School on numerous key projects. The first assignment encompassed civil engineering improvements on 30 acres of land to make way for the new South Campus entrance. The scope of work consisted of off-site upgrades for installing sewer main and water main and coordination of electrical utilities for rerouting existing power lines. On-site work included paving and drainage improvements, construction of field perimeter roads, and parking lots.
Under a separate contract, OHLA Building oversaw the construction of a new two-story, 20,000-square-foot facility that houses 15 classrooms, restrooms, and a lecture hall. The construction team closely monitored the installation of a new MEP system, fire alarm integration, and associated water, sewer, and drainage systems.
Continuing its work to further Palmer Trinity’s South Campus expansion, OHLA USA managed the construction of the Student Life Services Building, which is a 15,000-square-foot addition that connects to the Classroom Building previously completed. This vital structure is a functional space housing Palmer Trinity’s admissions and college counseling offices, academic offices, and student spaces. It is centrally located in the heart of the campus, adjoining the Academic Building and adjacent to Trinity Chapel, another OHLA USA project.
