As Executive Vice President of Management Controls, Albert provides strategic support to several key business areas to assist in meeting OHLA USA’s clearly defined corporate objectives. He works closely with management to advance policies and procedures that optimize organizational performance.
Albert has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry across Europe and the U.S. Previously, he led J.F. White Contracting, a highly regarded construction company based in New England. During his tenure, he successfully grew the business by delivering some of the most challenging infrastructure projects in the region. Before that, Albert served in several executive roles across Europe for a major international construction company, where he optimized operations and increased efficiencies to allow for strategic and sustainable growth.
As an innovative business leader, Albert has a proven record of expanding corporate growth and profitability. He has extensive experience managing project pursuits that utilize an array of project delivery systems, including P3, Design-Build, CMGC, and bid-build. He is also known for his ability to lead companies through organizational transformations, such as international expansions and mergers and acquisitions, and for his strong skills in leadership, execution, and change management.
Albert holds a Master of Science degree in civil engineering from the Universitat Politécnica de Catalunya in Barcelona, Spain, and a Master of Business Administration from MIT Sloan School of Management in Massachusetts.
