As Chief Operating Officer, Brad oversees operations across all of OHLA USA’s regions and supports the CEO in executing the company’s long- and short-term goals to drive growth, culture, and vision.
Brad brings 25 years of construction experience to his new role. Prior to joining our company, he served Skanska in various positions over a 21-year period, most recently as Vice President of Operations. In this capacity, he oversaw multiple large-scale contracts that were delivered using hard bid and alternative delivery systems, including design-build and CMGC. During his time at Skanska, he crafted innovative methodologies that resulted in lower project costs and increased efficiencies.
Throughout his career, Brad has developed a demonstrated history of achieving success in infrastructure construction. A collaborative, innovative, results driven professional skilled in managing large scale projects, capital improvement, process improvement, new product development, risk management and safety.
