As Executive Vice President of OHLA USA’s West Region, Joseba is responsible for the company’s operations and growth in the western United States, with a principal concentration in the California construction market.
As a highly skilled civil engineer with global construction experience, Joseba focuses on pursuing and delivering projects defined by the division’s core competencies, which include transportation, water, and utility infrastructure projects.
Joseba’s effective leadership has resulted in the successful delivery of numerous contracts worldwide. He now leads the West Region team in the performance of numerous design-build and hard bid projects for the City of Los Angeles, Caltrans, LA Metro, Orange County Transportation Authority, and Alameda Corridor Transportation Authority, among others. Joseba’s previous experience encompasses directing complex heavy civil projects for OHLA in Europe, South America, and the southeastern United States.
