As Chief Human Resources Officer, Alison J. Knowles is responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including talent acquisition for OHLA USA’s business areas across the U.S.
Alison has over 25 years of significant and broad human resources experience at a range of prominent companies within the design and construction industry. She is known for her proactive approach to problem-solving, defining and implementing corporate policy, and optimizing functionality by encouraging a collaborative corporate culture. Additionally, she has had much success with creating career development strategies to promote retention and crafting initiatives to meet business goals.
Prior to joining OHLA USA, Alison served as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Eaglestone, LLC, where she managed the overall human resources function for 16 subsidiaries and was responsible for HR functions for over 1,500 employees. Alison holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from American Intercontinental University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
